Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to assist with your return if it complies with our return policy.
You will need to return the item in new or gently used condition along with the original receipt or invoice within 60 days from date of purchase. Gently used products must be at least half full with original packaging. Products that are nearly empty, tampered with, or filled with other substances are not eligible for a refund.
Duo bundles must be returned as a complete set for a refund. All sale items are final sale. Currently, we are not offering exchanges.
Only products purchased on sinaverobeauty.com may be returned. SINAVERO will not be responsible for return shipping costs or liable for lost returns.
To start a return, you can contact us at sinavero@genoss.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return request is accepted, further instructions will be provided for you to complete the return.
Note: SINAVERO monitors return activity and reserves the right to deny returns that, in its sole discretion, do not comply with the return policy, in instances of abuse, or for items that were re-sent at no cost in a good faith gesture following a report of non-receipt.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged during shipment, or incorrect. Contact us at sinavero@genoss.com with your order number and photos of damaged or incorrect items and shipping carton. Should the customer keep the damaged box and product? You must notify us within 30 days of receipt for us to review the issue and find a solution. SINAVERO reserves the right to deny claims received after 30 days.
Note: SINAVERO is not responsible or liable for damage, defect, or loss to items delivered to a forwarding company, and product damages due to personal usage. SINAVERO monitors claims of damaged, defective, and wrong items for abuse, and reserves the right to limit or deny reshipment or credit of an order.
Returned Packages / Unsuccessful Delivery
Packages returned to SINAVERO due to absence of addressee or insufficient address will not be refunded. Please make sure to verify your shipping information is correct before placing your order. If a package does not deliver within 60 days, it will be considered missing, and we can send a new package or process a refund.
Refunds
We will send you an email notification once we've received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment within 15 business days.
The original shipping charges are not refundable. If your order is over $34.99, the original standard shipping fee you were not charged will also be excluded from the refund.
