What is PDRN?

Polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN), also known as sodium DNA, is a collection of small DNA fragments that was initially studied for its wound healing, anti-inflammatory, and other therapeutic properties toward application in regenerative medicine. However, PDRN has also been shown to be a promising anti-aging skincare ingredient, with its ability to work on a molecular level to promote collagen synthesis, improve skin hyperpigmentation, and overall skin rejuvenation.

While plant-derived sources of PDRN exist, we ultimately chose to use salmon PDRN. After careful study and research, we found salmon PDRN to be the most potent source of PDRN for the SINAVERO skincare line. We also use highly pure PDRN to maximize effectiveness and safety. Each SINAVERO formula is enriched with high quality PDRN to deliver optimally effective and visible improvements in skin elasticity and complexion.
