Where does SINAVERO ship?

Currently, orders placed on sinaverobeauty.com can only be shipped to addresses in the United States (US). SINAVERO cannot ship to US military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, PMB, or PO boxes.

How much is shipping?

SINAVERO offers free standard US shipping on orders $35 (USD) and over, excluding tax. Standard US shipping is a flat rate of $5.99 for all orders up to $34.99. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii have a flat rate of $14.99.

What is the estimated shipping time?

Please allow 7-10 business days for order processing and shipping.

Note: These time frames are subject to change due to weather, high-volume time frames, and other unforeseen conditions.

When will I get my tracking information?

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal US holidays. If your order is placed after 3pm CST, it will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email update with order and tracking number details. If you experience issues with tracking, delivery, or delays please contact Fedex/USPS/UPS customer service.

Delivery Failure

If a package is confirmed as delivered by Fedex/USPS/UPS tracking information, but you are unable to locate it, we are unable to issue a refund. Please contact the carrier directly to assist you further.
